In the first 100 days, Los Angeles Unified created opportunities to listen to the communities we serve as well as to our employees who serve our communities. The lived experiences of our students, families and employees are valuable indicators of how we can improve and sustain the quality of our services. The learning and insights obtained is informing the forthcoming Strategic Plan and the future of the District.
